Concierge Services is located at the welcome desk in the clinic lobby. We’re here to help you navigate the outpatient clinic and answer your questions. Services include:
- Onsite café
- Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) located onsite
- Wheelchair assistance between clinics
- Faxing/copying services
- Information on local restaurants, shopping, and transportation is available at the welcome desk in the lobby
- Hotels and motels information (location, rates) is also available at the welcome desk in the lobby
- Advanced Directives

Computers located at the Stanford Medicine Outpatient Center ensure patients have access to the Stanford Health Library, which provides scientifically based medical information to help people make informed decisions about their health and health care. All services are free. More »
Art Program
The art collection at the Stanford Medicine Outpatient Center enhances and humanizes the environment of the facility for patients, families, staff and the community. The collection offers an array of contemporary art, including paintings, photographs, monotypes, lithographs and sculptures. More »
Health Insurance Counseling & Advocacy Program
The Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) is a not-for-profit, volunteer-based program to assist seniors with health insurance issues. HICAP services are free and available at The Stanford Health Library by appointment only. Concierges at the Stanford Medicine Outpatient Center’s welcome desk can assist with setting up an appointment. More »
